Keith Marjason Dip DEA is an independent Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and provides Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) for landlords and for inclusion into Home Information Packs (HIP's) .

Keith qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and so naturally maintains his accreditation with BRE Certification Limited (BRE has an enviable international reputation for excellence in the building industry).

The profession of a Domestic Energy Assessor is relatively 'new'; qualified assessors come from all walks of life but Keith Marjason has over 30 years experience working in the building industry. Keith is a Member of the Institute of Carpenters and has a thorough understanding of building construction. Drawing on this experience Keith can provide additional advice on energy conservation both in the planning and building stages of any project; this can be particularly useful for landlords wishing to ugrade their property.

Keith lives in mid Devon and will carry out Domestic Energy Assessments anywhere within the County.

Keith offers a reliable, efficient and professional service, supplying HIP providers, Solicitors, Estate and Letting Agents, Panel Managers and the Public.

It goes without saying that all work is fully insured under the BRE Accreditation scheme, which gives adequate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance cover (details can be given upon request).
