Domestic Energy Assessments

How the process works

Stage 1

Contact Keith Marjason Dip DEA to book an energy assessment, either by phone Tel: 07970 791838 or by email: keith@marjasons.co.uk

Stage 2

You will receive through the post a copy of my Guidance Notes to Occupiers, the Terms and Conditions applicable for the assessment as well as a Questionnaire. Please fill in the Questionnaire and sign and produce this on the day of the assessment.

Stage 3

I will arrive at the property and using the information given on the questionnaire will proceed with the inspection. This can take from 30 minutes to an hour and a half depending on the complexity and size of the property.

Stage 4

I will create the EPC back at my office and either email you a link to view the EPC or will arrange to get this document to you as quickly as possible. I aim to turnaround EPCs within 24 hours of my inspection.
