Chartered Surveyors ~ Commercial and Residential Energy Assessors

Marjason & Associates was formed in 1991 as an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors to specialise in the survey and valuation of property.

The firm's Managing Director is David Marjason, a chartered surveyor for over 25 years and based in Oxted. David is also a Corporate Building Engineer, Home Inspector and Energy Assessor.

We have carried out domestic energy assessments to produce Energy Performance Certificates since their introduction in 2007 in connection with Home Information Packs. Energy assessments increasingly will become the core business of the firm as we are also qualified to carry out energy assessments on non-domestic (commercial) property and public buildings.

The firm operates from one head office, providing a single point of contact for all clients. The firm can quickly respond to any instructions received and for survey and valuation work deliberately restrict its practice area to ensure sound local knowledge is maintained.
